Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to:

Germany

Orders can only be placed for delivery to countries available for selection during checkout.

Due to specific tax, excise, labelling and age-verification requirements applicable to alcoholic beverages, shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

All product prices include the applicable statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are charged in addition to the product price unless free shipping is expressly stated.

Germany

The exact shipping costs applicable to your order are displayed before you submit your binding order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, the expected delivery time is:

Germany: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are calculated in business days.

Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

If a product has a different delivery time, the applicable delivery time will be stated on the relevant product page.

Alcohol and Age Verification

PIUS Wines Europe sells alcoholic beverages exclusively to persons aged 18 or over.

By ordering alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you have reached the age of 18.

Age verification may be carried out during the ordering process and/or when the shipment is delivered.

The carrier may request a valid official photographic identification document before handing over the shipment.

If the required age verification cannot be completed, delivery may be refused.

Saturday, 10:00–12:00

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

We reserve the right to verify the age of the person collecting alcoholic products.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or another circumstance for which the customer is responsible, additional shipping costs may be incurred if the goods have to be shipped again.

This does not apply where the customer is not responsible for the failed delivery.
